Billy Graham Hospitalized For Routine Tests
ASHEVILLE, N.C. — The Rev. Billy Graham has been released from an Asheville hospital following pulmonary testing.
A spokesperson for the DeMoss Group of Atlanta said the Montreat evangelist, who will turn 95 next month, was released from Mission Hospital on Thursday.
The Asheville Citizen-Times reports (http://avlne.ws/16ynsFw) Graham went in for a regularly scheduled doctor's visit Tuesday and spent two nights in the hospital for further pulmonary testing.
Graham will celebrate his birthday Nov. 7 with a large celebration. Graham's son, Franklin, said that as many as 700 people have been invited to the party, including President Bill Clinton, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and real estate mogul Donald Trump.
Franklin Graham says his father has round-the-clock care, but still thinks and speaks very clearly.
