Cream Cheese Sausage Dip

Sausage Dip Recipe from Plain Chicken.

Ingredients

• 1 pound of breakfast sausage, such as Jimmy Dean
• 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
• 1 (8-oz) package of cream cheese, cut into pieces

Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain. 
2. Add Rotel and cream cheese to the skillet. 
3. Stir until the cheese melts.
4. Serve the cream cheese sausage dip warm with tortilla chips.
