WASHINGTON (AP) — Vice President Kamala Harris is courting Black voters without making her identity as a woman of color a central part of her pitch. The Democratic presidential nominee is focusing on her policies and resume to voters in an effort to engage them on issues they care most about. As she seeks to shore up support among Black voters, Harris spoke Saturday night at an awards dinner sponsored by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation.
