RALEIGH, N.C. (WPTF) — Raleigh police have now made an arrest and issued multiple juvenile petitions in the shooting at Triangle Town Center in April.
Detectives with the Raleigh Police Department have identified 18-year-old Marcus Neal as the suspect responsible for the shooting on April 17th. Three juveniles came to Triangle Town Center and confronted Neal, who was working at the mall. After a verbal exchange, Neal produced a handgun and shots were fired. Three of the four people involved were injured.

Neal has been charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, carrying a concealed gun, and discharging a weapon within city limits.
Detectives have also filed juvenile petitions against three involved juveniles for misdemeanor rioting and misdemeanor assault.
