1 orange, peeled and segmented

Instructions
1. Prepare the fruit Peel the banana and orange and make sure the strawberries and pineapple are ready to go in the blender.
2. Add the base ingredients Place the strawberries, pineapple, banana, and orange segments into a blender.
3. Add the liquids Add the orange juice and yogurt or coconut milk to help the smoothie blend smoothly.
4. Sweeten (optional) Add honey if you want a little extra sweetness.
5. Blend until smooth
Blend everything on high for about 30–45 seconds until the smoothie is creamy and fully combined.
