RALEIGH, N.C. (WPTF) — The Wake County Sheriff’s Office has now made an arrest in a early morning shooting Monday (May 25).
According to the Wake County Sheriff’s office, on Monday (May 25), at around 12:30 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the 6100 block of Horseshoe Drive, near Raleigh. When they arrived, they located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies arrested and charged Kelvin Rivera-Bonilla, 31, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, and assault with a deadly weapon with minors present.
