RALEIGH, N.C. (WPTF) — The Wake County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning shooting that led to one person being sent to the hospital.
According to the Wake County Sheriff’s office, on Monday (May 25), at around 12:30 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a shooting in the 6100 block of Horseshoe Drive, near Raleigh. When they arrived, they located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies are investigating the circumstances surrounding this shooting and are still seeking suspects.
